Intake Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, the nation's largest personal injury law firm, is seeking an Intake Attorney to join our Case Control Center in Longwood, Florida. This role is pivotal in converting potential clients into active cases by providing clarity and reassurance during their initial contact with the firm. As part of a rapidly expanding department, the Intake Attorney will play a crucial role in the firm's mission to serve clients nationwide.

The Intake Attorney will engage directly with prospective clients who require attorney interaction before signing a retainer. Responsibilities include explaining the legal process in clear terms, building immediate trust, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Additionally, the role involves evaluating the initial merits of potential personal injury cases, reviewing relevant documents, and making real-time decisions on case acceptance in alignment with firm criteria.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing. A minimum of three years of personal injury experience is required, with a preference for those who have managed their own caseload or worked in an intake capacity. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment. Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
