Intake Specialist
Wettermark Keith, a rapidly growing national personal injury firm, is seeking an Intake Specialist to join our Birmingham office. This role serves as the first and most critical point of contact for prospective clients, focusing on converting inbound leads into signed clients. The Intake Specialist will work closely with team leads and management to evaluate potential claims, build rapport, overcome objections, and confidently guide qualified individuals through the sign-up process.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary sales contact for inbound leads and inquiries, evaluating potential cases using established qualification criteria, and confidently presenting next steps to close qualified prospects over the phone. The role also involves handling a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining conversion goals, following up with prospective clients via various communication channels to drive sign-ups, and coordinating intake appointments with attorneys when needed. Maintaining detailed and accurate records in the CRM system and delivering a high-quality client experience that drives satisfaction and referrals are also essential duties.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in sales, call center, customer service, or client-facing roles, with experience in a high-volume inbound sales environment strongly preferred. Proven sales ability with strong closing skills, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment are required. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and fluency in English is required, with Spanish language skills considered a plus.
This is a full-time, in-person position in our Birmingham office, offering two shifts Monday through Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm CT and 10:00am - 7:00pm CT. The compensation range for this position is $16 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.
At Wettermark Keith, we pride ourselves on our integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. We understand that our work extends far beyond the courtroom, engaging with people during some of the most challenging times of their lives. Joining our team means becoming part of a firm that values compassion, persistence, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
