Litigation Attorney, Personal Injury

Wettermark Keith, a rapidly growing national personal injury firm, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our Birmingham, Alabama office. This full-time, in-person role offers the opportunity to handle complex personal injury cases from evaluation through resolution, contributing to our mission of providing compassionate, client-focused legal representation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating potential personal injury claims, investigating and gathering evidence, preparing and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, representing clients in court, mediation, and settlement conferences, negotiating settlements with opposing counsel or insurance companies, communicating regularly with clients, and managing a caseload efficiently while supervising support staff as needed.

Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and an active Alabama law license in good standing. A minimum of 3-5 years of personal injury litigation experience is required. Strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities independently, and a passion for advocating for clients' rights are essential.
