CannonDesign is seeking an experienced Interior Designer III to join their multidisciplinary team, contributing to diverse projects across the United States. This role involves close collaboration with design and technical leadership, playing a pivotal part in project teams. The position is open to candidates nationwide, with a preference for those able to work onsite with the project team in Rochester, MN.

In this role, you will lead the development of project goals through all phases, including Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. Responsibilities encompass evaluating client needs, analyzing and documenting design objectives, coordinating furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE), and ensuring design work adheres to standards and code compliance. You will also be responsible for developing interior space designs, selecting materials, producing drawings within project constraints, assisting in project planning, leading client meetings, mentoring junior staff, and participating in construction administration activities.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Current NCIDQ certification is preferred. Essential skills include a strong creative design portfolio, proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, and organizational skills. The ability to handle multiple projects and travel as required is also necessary.

The salary range for this position is $68,265 to $85,285 annually, with potential for discretionary bonuses.
