Intern, Legal (Group Corporate, Capital Markets, and Legal Equity)

Delivery Hero is seeking a Summer Intern to join our Legal Team, focusing on Group Corporate, Capital Markets, and Legal Equity. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within one of Europe's largest tech platforms. The role is based in Berlin, Germany, and spans 1-3 months between June and August.

As an intern, you will collaborate with specialized teams to draft essential legal documents, including corporate resolutions and equity plan documents. You will conduct in-depth legal research on corporate law trends and capital markets regulations, assisting in maintaining corporate records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will provide general administrative and project-based support to streamline internal workflows.

Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a university law degree (LL.M. or equivalent is advantageous). Proficiency in English is required, with working proficiency in German considered an asset. Strong teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a high level of self-organization and commitment are essential.

Delivery Hero offers a hybrid working model, with two days per week on-site at our Berlin campus. Interns receive 27 days of holiday and a €1,000 educational budget for career development.
