The International Marketing Lead at Tulip is responsible for driving the company's marketing initiatives across the EMEA and APAC regions. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Marketing, this role serves as the bridge between global strategy and regional execution, ensuring that Tulip's AI-native mission aligns with regional marketing efforts. The position is based in Munich, Germany, within a hybrid work environment requiring in-office presence three or more days per week.

Key responsibilities include developing and owning the marketing roadmap for EMEA and APAC, leading regional demand generation efforts focusing on net-new lead acquisition and account-based marketing for the enterprise, and hiring, mentoring, and leading a distributed team of marketing professionals. The role also involves managing external agencies to scale localized events and digital programs, partnering with global marketing leads and regional sales leadership to define ideal customer profiles and localized messaging, and managing the international marketing budget with a focus on ROI and data-driven experimentation.

The ideal candidate possesses over eight years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, product marketing, or field marketing in SaaS, and at least three years of management and leadership experience with a proven track record of coaching diverse, high-performing teams across multiple regions. Additional qualifications include proven ability to bring structure to global marketing plans and adapt go-to-market frameworks for both EMEA and APAC, experience using AI tools to accelerate research, content iteration, and campaign optimization, professional bilingual proficiency in English and at least one other major regional language relevant to Tulip's international hubs, and hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
