Investigations Specialist (Remote)
The Investigations Specialist at ABC Legal Services is responsible for conducting thorough investigations to locate individuals and businesses for the purpose of service of process. This role is integral to the Investigations Team, contributing to the company's mission of providing efficient and accurate legal support services. Key responsibilities include utilizing various databases to locate subjects, reviewing and cross-referencing order details, and communicating findings to customers and co-workers. The specialist will also handle investigation-related phone calls and emails, update procedural documents, and review existing procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have at least six months of related experience. Preferred qualifications include experience in an office environment or customer-facing position. The role requires the ability to work remotely with a strong work ethic, reliability, and the capacity to maintain high levels of confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal skills, openness to learning, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are also essential.
Compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
