Investor Relations Associate

Eurofins is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join its Investor Relations team within the Group Finance & Administration department in Brussels, Belgium. This role is pivotal in ensuring that capital markets have an accurate understanding of the Eurofins network and its investment narrative. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both external stakeholders, such as investors and analysts, and internal teams, including senior management.

Key responsibilities include developing and refining key messages, Q&As, publications, and presentations used in the Investor Relations program and senior management communications. The associate will manage Investor Relations conferences, roadshows, investor tours, meetings, and conference calls, overseeing targeting, outreach, and relationship management. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on the Investor Relations section of the corporate website and supporting the production of materials for quarterly reports, the Half Year Report, and the Annual Report in coordination with Finance and Administration colleagues.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate finance or a related area. Strong communication skills are essential for building effective relationships with both external and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
