The IT Field Services Technician at Morgan & Morgan is responsible for delivering high-quality support to employees within their assigned region and across the firm's nationwide offices. This role involves both in-person and remote assistance, focusing on the maintenance, installation, and configuration of IT hardware. The technician ensures that all IT-managed spaces, including conference rooms and printer stations, are organized, secure, and well-maintained.

Key responsibilities include providing professional on-site support, managing and resolving tickets within service level agreements, and acting as a Tier 3 agent for escalated issues. The technician proactively supports IT-related projects, collaborates with vendors to resolve issues, and maintains an organized inventory of IT hardware. Building relationships with local leadership and staff to improve daily workflows is also essential.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Field Services role, with proficiency in Office 365 and Active Directory Services. A basic understanding of networking and wiring configurations is required. Preferred experience includes working with Freshservice, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office 365. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a professional IT environment are crucial.
