IT Infrastructure Process Engineer

Eurofins is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. As a global leader in life sciences, Eurofins provides a unique range of analytical testing services across multiple industries. This role is integral to our IT Infrastructure Services, focusing on enhancing and optimizing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to support our expansive operations.

The IT Infrastructure Process Engineer will be responsible for owning and managing ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Asset, and Capacity Management. Key duties involve defining and maintaining process documentation, collaborating with ITSM tool administrators for configurations, monitoring process performance through KPIs and SLAs, leading process audits, and facilitating workshops and training sessions to drive process adoption and efficiency.

Candidates should possess 5 to 7 years of experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing ITSM processes, with extensive hands-on experience with BMC Helix and ServiceNow platforms. A strong understanding of ITIL best practices is essential, along with proven skills in Change Management, Problem Management, Incident Management, and CMDB processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities are also required.
