IT Infrastructure Project Manager - International

Eurofins is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead various international infrastructure projects within its global IT Infrastructure division. Reporting to the Southern Europe IT Infrastructure Manager, this role involves close collaboration with service desk teams, operations, architects, application teams, and end-users across multiple regions and countries. The position requires travel as needed to support project objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing diverse infrastructure projects such as deploying IT infrastructure solutions, migrating or replacing existing infrastructure, integrating new sites, and relocating servers. The role entails defining target architectures, coordinating involved teams or service providers, proposing and adhering to project plans and budgets, monitoring progress, communicating effectively about project status, and providing key performance indicators. Ensuring compliance with the Group's infrastructure rules and strategies is also essential.

Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to quickly gather and understand information, and excellent interpersonal abilities to influence within and outside the organization. Attention to detail and quality is crucial, along with proficiency in remote and international communications using various technologies. A solid background in IT infrastructure, including certifications like ITIL Foundation V3 and project management training or certification, is required. Technical expertise in network and IT systems (e.g., VMWare, Cisco, NetApp, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Windows Server) is appreciated, with at least two years of experience. Significant experience as a system administrator, IT infrastructure engineer, or infrastructure architect (minimum six years) and in IT project management (minimum two years) is expected.
