IT Purchasing Analyst - V.I.E Programme
Eurofins is seeking an IT Purchasing Analyst to join its global procurement team in Katowice, Poland, as part of the V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) programme. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the procurement of Information Technology products and services within a leading international life sciences company. In this position, the IT Purchasing Analyst will define and manage IT purchasing categories, lead sourcing projects, and explore new supplier opportunities. Responsibilities include supporting and developing procurement strategies aligned with business needs, participating in negotiations, managing supplier contracts, preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), drafting contracts, and translating data into clear business recommendations. The role also involves contributing to the improvement of existing procurement processes and utilizing procurement tools, such as Coupa, to manage workflows and track progress.
Candidates should possess a Master's degree in business, engineering, economics, data science, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Adobe Suite is required. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a mindset for continuous process improvement are essential. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
The V.I.E programme offers a 12-month contract, renewable, with a monthly allowance. Business France provides administrative support to ensure a smooth transition abroad. Candidates must be European Economic Area (EEA) nationals aged between 18 to 28 and eligible for the V.I.E programme at the time of application.
