As an IT Senior Group Buyer at Eurofins, you will lead global procurement projects within the company's decentralized structure. Collaborating with stakeholders from Group Top Management, you will optimize sourcing strategies, negotiate commercial terms, and deliver cost-effective solutions for IT products and services. This role offers autonomy, strategic influence, and the opportunity to shape category strategy in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Your key responsibilities will include defining and managing category scope in collaboration with the Procurement Team, leading end-to-end sourcing processes, and identifying new supplier opportunities. You will develop and present procurement strategies aligned with project goals, negotiate commercial terms, and maintain supplier agreements. Additionally, you will prepare RFPs, draft contracts, and deliver actionable business recommendations, while driving innovation and continuous improvement in procurement practices. Utilizing procurement systems such as Coupa to manage workflows and achieving KPIs are also integral parts of the role.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in global strategic procurement and negotiation, with experience in category management and strategy development within Procurement Teams. You should be skilled in supplier identification, contract drafting, and sourcing execution, with the ability to develop procurement strategies that meet project goals on time and within budget. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, proficiency in preparing RFPs, structuring specifications, and using tools like Coupa are essential. An analytical mindset focused on process optimization and risk mitigation, along with experience working in multinational environments with independent entities, is also required. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Administration, Finance, or Engineering is preferred.
