IT Service Delivery Manager
The IT Service Delivery Manager at VGW will lead the global IT Service Delivery team, ensuring seamless operational execution and driving the transition toward a consistent, global service model. This role is pivotal in aligning IT services with the company's strategic objectives, enhancing the overall technology infrastructure to support VGW's interactive entertainment offerings.
Key responsibilities include leading end-user compute services across global locations, ensuring top-tier connectivity, support, and hardware management. The manager will transition regional IT experiences into a unified, high-performing global service model and centralized service catalog. Additionally, they will propose and execute a transformation plan to align team structures with long-term strategy and manage multi-year device lifecycle budgeting, exploring strategic third-party partnerships for global hardware fulfillment.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience managing large, remote, and culturally diverse IT teams in a global capacity. A proven ability to lead teams through rapid organizational change with high resilience and strategic maturity is essential. A deep understanding of SaaS technology and modern IT infrastructure, ideally backed by an ITIL certification, is required. Experience in implementing proactive scaling, process optimization, and data-driven dashboards is also important.
