IT Service Lead
As the IT Service Lead at Helsing, you will oversee the company's IT support operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and driving continuous improvement across the helpdesk function. This role serves as a key liaison between end-users and technical teams, ensuring secure, scalable, and premium support for both office and field-based employees.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading daily IT support operations across office and field teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal business disruption. You will serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical problems and high-priority service requests. Additionally, you will own and evolve IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, document repeatable procedures, and lead support-related projects.
To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in IT support operations, particularly working with macOS, Windows, and iOS environments. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, including Hybrid Active Directory with Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, is essential. Strong knowledge of networking security principles, such as VPN, cloud connections, SD-WAN, and VoIP, is also required. Excellent analytical and planning skills, with the ability to translate business growth into customized system workflows, are crucial.
