IT Software Developer
Eurofins Scientific is seeking an IT Software Developer to join our team dedicated to supporting the Built Environment Testing operations across the United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining web, mobile, desktop, and server applications, with a particular focus on Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Eurofins is a global leader in life sciences, providing a unique range of analytical testing services to ensure the safety and authenticity of products across various industries.
As an IT Software Developer, your primary responsibilities will include writing and maintaining well-documented and testable source code, developing full-stack web applications Vue, and Angular frameworks, and creating REST API services and internal system integrations. You will also design and develop Microsoft SQL databases, implement secure and robust transactional applications using object-oriented design concepts, and collaborate with architects and analysts to refine functional specifications and design solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in C#,.NET Framework, Web API, HTML, JavaScript, Vue.js, AngularJS, CSS, and T-SQL is required. Experience with source code management tools like Azure DevOps Git, Visual Studio, and Visual Studio Code is essential. Familiarity with testing frameworks such as xUnit, Quasar Framework, Angular Material, Microsoft IIS deployments, and mobile development for iOS and Android is preferred.
This full-time position offers a starting salary of $70,000, with discussions based on experience.
