IT Support Engineer Intern
is seeking a highly motivated IT Support Engineer Intern to join our IT team in the Dallas office. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech and crypto environment, working alongside experienced professionals on real business initiatives. The internship is designed to develop practical skills and provide exposure to global IT operations within a leading technology company.
As an IT Support Engineer Intern, you will support day-to-day activities and projects within the IT support team. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, setting up new employees' workstations, maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment, and administering cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace, Atlassian products, 1Password, Notion, and Slack. Additionally, you will conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Legal, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or possesses equivalent practical experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication abilities, a proactive mindset, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail are essential. An interest in fintech, crypto, digital assets, or technology-driven businesses is also desirable.
This is a 6-month internship with the potential for permanent employment. The position is based in our Dallas office, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week.
