IT Support Specialist
Helsing is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Munich office. As a defense AI company dedicated to protecting democracies, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to contribute to our mission. This role involves working closely with our IT team to ensure seamless technical support across the organization.
The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to end-users through various channels, including Slack, email, and in-person interactions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, maintaining video conferencing hardware, managing tickets via Jira Service Management, and overseeing user and device lifecycle processes. Collaboration with the broader IT team to optimize our Microsoft 365 environment is also a key aspect of this role.
Candidates should have experience in IT support roles, particularly with macOS, Windows, and iOS platforms. Fluency in both English and German is required, as English is the primary language of business at Helsing. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a customer-first attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
