As a Team Assistant at Helsing, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our German leadership team, particularly in engagements with government and industry partners. Your expertise in organizing high-level meetings and managing correspondence will enhance collaboration with senior external officials. By ensuring seamless operations through precise travel arrangements and efficient administrative systems, you will enable swift responses to both internal and external needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the point of contact between our German Management Team and external partners or clients, organizing meetings and communications with senior external officials in business and government, and handling correspondence directed to the German Management Team. Additionally, you will be responsible for making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries, maintaining the German Management Team's filing and administrative systems to ensure efficient operations, and managing the team's agenda and meetings with internal teams, helping to prioritize and resolve conflicts.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as an assistant for C-level or senior executives, a strong inclination for multitasking and task prioritization, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of engaging effectively with senior officials across both the private and public sectors. The ability to exercise professional judgment and discretion is essential. Fluency in German and English is required.
