ABOUT THE ROLE | SOBRE A FUNÇÃO

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development / Origination Manager to identify, structure, negotiate, and close real-estate and land-related transactions in Portugal. You will manage the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing and first contact through negotiation to closing—while building and maintaining a healthy and predictable sales pipeline.
PT:
Procuramos um/a Gestor/a de Desenvolvimento de Negócio / Originação com forte orientação comercial para identificar, estruturar, negociar e fechar transações relacionadas com imóveis e terrenos em Portugal. Será responsável por todo o ciclo do negócio — desde a prospeção e primeiro contacto até à negociação e ao fecho — assegurando a construção e manutenção de um pipeline comercial sólido.
