As a Junior Account Manager at in Antwerp, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners in the automotive sector, advising professionals on utilizing our platform and assisting them in vehicle acquisitions. This role is ideal for individuals who are results-driven and motivated by commercial development and deal-making.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and managing your own B2B client portfolio within the automotive sector. Your tasks will include actively prospecting new clients, expanding your network of automotive professionals, and maintaining regular contact to understand their needs and provide tailored advice. You will guide clients through the process of buying and selling vehicles via the AUTO1 platform, negotiate terms, and oversee transactions to completion. Achieving commercial objectives and contributing to the platform's growth are key aspects of this role, with a strong emphasis on building sustainable relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has a keen interest in the automotive sector. While prior commercial or B2B experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Excellent communication skills and a passion for client interaction are essential. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; proficiency in French is considered a plus. A results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong motivation to achieve commercial goals will contribute to success in this role.
We offer a permanent contract with a competitive salary starting from €2,350 gross per month for junior positions, complemented by a performance-based bonus of up to €800 per month.
