As a Junior Account Manager at you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with B2B partners in the automotive sector. AUTO1 Group is Europe's leading digital automotive platform, revolutionizing the industry with brands like wijkopenautos.be, and Autohero. With a team of over 7,000 employees, the company is dedicated to making car trading, transportation, and financing as fast and efficient as possible for clients across Europe.

In this role, you will develop and manage your own portfolio of B2B clients within the automotive sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include actively prospecting new clients, expanding your network of automotive professionals, maintaining regular contact with clients to understand their needs, advising them on using the AUTO1 platform, assisting them in buying and selling vehicles, negotiating deals, and following transactions through to completion. You will work towards commercial objectives and contribute to the growth of the platform, building lasting relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in the automotive sector. While prior commercial or B2B experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Excellent communication skills and a passion for client interaction are essential. Fluency in French and English is required, and proficiency in Dutch is considered a plus. A results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to achieve commercial goals is highly valued.

The position offers a competitive salary starting at €2,350 gross per month for junior candidates, with the potential to earn up to €800 in monthly bonuses based on performance. Additional benefits include meal vouchers of €7 per worked day, eco vouchers, a social subscription for commuting, comprehensive DKV insurance covering hospitalization, outpatient care, and dental care, as well as discounts with various partners such as hotels and amusement parks. The role involves a 38-hour workweek, including one day of telework.
