In this role, you will actively monitor and analyze operational KPIs, engaging with stakeholders to review performance data and ensure targets are met. You will define and prioritize improvement actions aligned with the company's goals, implement solutions by coordinating internal resources across Europe, and take full ownership of diverse projects from setup to evaluation. Additionally, you will serve as the point of contact for local Operations teams and other departments to clarify processes and targets.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, with practical experience in Business Development, Project Management, or Operations. A strong organized mindset with attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work independently are essential. Proficiency in MS-Excel and Google Sheets, along with excellent analytical and communication skills in English, are required.
