As a Junior Customer Service Operations Agent at AUTO1 Group, you will be an integral part of our dynamic customer service team, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will oversee the entire process from vehicle acquisition to release, ensuring accurate entry and transmission of contract documents. You will address customer inquiries regarding the release of financed or leased vehicles and act as a communication bridge between private customers, banks, and leasing companies. Your responsibilities will include both telephone and written customer interactions, aiming to deliver high-quality service through your positive demeanor and communication skills.
The ideal candidate possesses a completed commercial education, with initial experience in financing being advantageous; however, communicative career changers are also welcome. You should have a passion for customer service, strong communication abilities, the capacity to work independently, and a team-oriented, positive attitude. Handling complex topics should not be challenging for you, and you should be open to new tasks. Maintaining composure in new or stressful situations and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality standards is essential. Proficiency in Google tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) is required, along with excellent German language skills at a native level (C1/C2) and good English proficiency.
