Junior Facility Manager (d/m/w)

As a Junior Facility Manager at AUTO1 Group, you will join the Real Estate Team within the WKDA Real Estate & Procurement Department, overseeing the management of our extensive network of over 600 branches across Europe. AUTO1 Group is Europe's leading digital automotive platform, offering private vehicle owners seamless services for selling their used cars.

In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders regarding the management of existing properties, ensuring the optimal use and maintenance of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and planning maintenance and repair activities, organizing communication with external service providers, overseeing negotiations, managing contract awards, and controlling invoices. Additionally, you will handle correspondence with property owners, landlords, authorities, and colleagues, and contribute to various projects aimed at improving our business processes.

The ideal candidate will have completed training as a real estate agent or possess a comparable qualification. While initial experience in property management is advantageous, it is not mandatory. You should be comfortable working with numbers and capable of maintaining an overview in a dynamic environment. Both independent and team-oriented work styles are valued, along with confident communication skills. Proficiency in German at a C1 level, both spoken and written, is required.
