As a Junior HR Administration Specialist at AUTO1 Group, you will be an integral part of the Country Operations Team, contributing to the development of talent, company culture, and team effectiveness. With a team of over 5,000 professionals, the company simplifies car buying, selling, transportation, and financing across Europe.
In this role, you will support the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract creation, and documentation. You will collaborate closely with the HR team to address daily HR matters and act as a liaison between employees, departments, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist in HR projects aimed at improving internal processes and gain initial insights into labor law topics in cooperation with HR and Legal departments. Maintaining accurate HR data and ensuring proper internal documentation will also be key responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has completed a commercial apprenticeship or holds a degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field. While prior practical experience in HR is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A reliable, discreet, and responsible approach to handling confidential data is essential, along with a structured, meticulous, and organized working style. Proficiency in German at a minimum of C1 level and good English skills, both written and spoken, are required. Competence in using MS Office applications is also necessary.
Your commitment will be rewarded with an attractive fixed salary. After the third month, a hybrid working model is available. You will receive modern IT equipment and support, and from the outset, individual training and coaching will be provided to support your personal development.
