Junior IT Helpdesk
As a Junior IT Helpdesk at AUTO1 Group, you will be an integral part of our IT team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our technological infrastructure. AUTO1 Group is Europe's leading automotive trading platform, operating in over 30 countries and offering innovative solutions for buying and selling cars.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and ensuring the proper functioning of both onboarding and offboarding processes. You will provide IT support to end users and business colleagues, including installing and reinstalling operating systems, software programs, and network printers. Additionally, you will manage Google Workspace administration, Active Directory, and Okta security verification. Experience with DVR & NVR systems, mobile device management platforms, and ticketing/inventory systems will be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will possess higher education qualifications and have technical knowledge related to PC operating systems, networks, computers, protocols, and standards. Proficiency in English is essential, along with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to providing support. A team-oriented mindset, the ability to work full office hours, and the capability to solve problems independently while knowing when to seek assistance are also important.
