(Junior) Kreditsachbearbeiter (d/m/w)
As a (Junior) Kreditsachbearbeiter (d/m/w) at AUTO1 Group, you will be an integral part of our finance team, focusing on the evaluation and processing of credit applications from car dealerships. AUTO1 Group is a leading digital automotive platform in Europe, dedicated to revolutionizing the car buying and selling experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough analyses of credit applications, assessing the financial stability and creditworthiness of dealerships. This involves reviewing financial reports, credit information, and other pertinent documents to evaluate associated risks. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will gather additional information and resolve any discrepancies in credit applications. Additionally, you will make informed decisions regarding credit limits and terms, ensuring alignment with company policies and risk tolerance. Monitoring the ongoing creditworthiness of dealers and working with the collections team on delinquent accounts will also be part of your role.
The ideal candidate will have completed training in finance or banking, such as a qualification as a bank clerk. Proven experience as a credit officer or in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry, is essential. Strong knowledge in credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial statement analysis is required. Familiarity with dealer financing is advantageous. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to make sound credit decisions are crucial. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with dealerships, are important. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is necessary; additional language skills are a plus.
We offer opportunities for personal growth by encouraging the contribution of your own ideas. You will be part of an international team and receive a company pension plan subsidy above the statutory requirement. Additionally, we provide Babbel language courses to support your professional development.
At AUTO1 Group, we foster an open culture, moving beyond traditional conventions such as formal address or dress codes. We welcome every applicant, regardless of gender, ethnic origin, religion, age, sexual identity, disability, or other grounds of discrimination. If you do not meet 100% of the requirements, we still encourage you to apply, as we offer challenges to learn from and space for growth.
