As a Junior Kundmottagare at ViKöperDinBil in Solna, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience. This role is integral to the daily operations of the station, contributing to the efficiency and success of the team. ViKöperDinBil, part of AUTO1 Group, is a leading digital platform in the automotive industry, offering innovative solutions for both private and business customers.

Your main responsibilities will include welcoming customers both in person and through various communication channels, managing contracts and documentation, and coordinating logistics for incoming and outgoing vehicles. Additionally, you will follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and assist in evaluating and testing vehicles as needed. Collaborating closely with colleagues, you will help maintain and improve the purchasing processes at the station.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, a strong interest in the automotive industry, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in administrative tasks and digital systems is essential, along with excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English. A valid manual B driver's license is required for this position.

This full-time role offers a fixed salary with commission, with working hours from Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.
