Junior Legal Counsel

The Junior Legal Counsel at Auto1 will be an integral part of the legal team, focusing on commercial and corporate law to ensure the company's operations are legally sound. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a leading company in its sector.

Key responsibilities include drafting and managing extrajudicial legal notifications, coordinating and monitoring judicial and administrative procedures related to consumer matters, and preparing legal opinions and reports. The position also involves reviewing and updating the group's website terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts in line with current laws, and providing legal support to various internal departments.

Candidates should possess a Law degree with a Master's in Access to the Legal Profession, along with knowledge in commercial and civil law and regulatory compliance. Strong communication, negotiation, and mediation skills are essential, as is the ability to manage conflicts effectively. An advanced level of English (C1) is required.

The position offers a permanent contract with a flexible compensation package, including benefits such as a birthday day off and vehicle purchase discounts. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the possibility of 25% remote work.
