Junior Legal Counsel (UAE Nationals Only)

In this role, you will support legal work related to contracts, tenders, governance, and dispute management. Your responsibilities will include assisting with drafting, research, and legal analysis tasks, as well as contributing to the preparation and review of legal documents. You will also participate in cross-functional projects, collaborating with different departments to align legal strategy with business operations. Under the guidance of senior legal counsel, you will learn and apply corporate legal practices within the construction and infrastructure environment.
To be considered for this position, you should hold or be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, with a strong interest in corporate, construction, and infrastructure projects. You must demonstrate the ability to understand and summarize legal documents clearly and accurately, possess strong analytical skills, and maintain a high level of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality. Knowledge in employment and HR-related matters, including employment agreements and corporate matters such as Power of Attorney, is also desirable.
