As a Junior Logistics and Delivery Coordinator at AUTO1 Group, you will play a pivotal role in our Operations team, ensuring the seamless management of vehicle logistics and deliveries at our newly established facility in Arlandastad. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute from the outset, collaborating closely with both local colleagues and our Operations team at the headquarters in Alviks Strand.

Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and registering incoming vehicles, conducting condition checks, and managing necessary documentation. You will prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring each customer receives their vehicle promptly and in optimal condition. Additionally, you will perform practical tasks such as tire changes, battery charging, and using boosters when necessary, while also contributing to inventory management and administrative duties at the logistics center.

We are seeking individuals with a genuine interest in automobiles, preferably with prior experience in the automotive industry or related fields. A valid manual B driver's license is essential. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both practical and administrative tasks efficiently. Strong collaboration skills are crucial, as you will interact with colleagues, customers, and various teams within the organization. Proficiency in both Swedish and English is required.
