Junior Operation Manager

As a Junior Operations Manager at AUTO1 Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing vehicle deliveries at our Barcelona branch. AUTO1 Group is Europe's leading digital automotive platform, revolutionizing the car buying and selling experience through innovation and technology.

Your primary responsibilities will include delivering vehicles to customers who collect their cars in person, explaining vehicle features and functionalities, organizing and moving vehicles within the lot, assisting with vehicle cleaning prior to delivery, and supporting other operational tasks as needed.

We are seeking candidates with demonstrable experience in similar roles, a valid driver's license with proficiency in both manual and automatic vehicles, and a keen attention to detail. Technical knowledge about vehicles and prior experience in vehicle cleaning are advantageous.

We offer a permanent contract with a fixed annual gross salary of €19,160.67, plus an annual variable of €2,400. The working hours are Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position is based in Baricentro, Barcelona.
