As a Junior Operations Medewerker Export & Documentatie at AUTO1 Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our export and registration processes. AUTO1 Group is Europe's leading digital automotive platform, revolutionizing the industry with brands like wijkopenautos.nl, and Autohero. In this position, you will be part of our dynamic Operations team, dedicated to maintaining efficient and accurate logistical operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include processing and verifying essential documentation related to vehicle exports and registrations. This involves tasks such as filling out and handling license plates, preparing and reviewing export documents, and ensuring that all shipments are correctly and fully prepared. You will also be responsible for dispatching documents to internal departments and external partners, transferring complete files to the documentation department, and managing BPM documents and export refund applications. Additionally, you will print, check, and physically send documents to the Tax Authorities, process incoming mail (including RDW documentation), and support the registration process as needed.
The ideal candidate is meticulous and organized, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. You should be hands-on, take responsibility for your tasks, and be capable of handling work pressure while setting the right priorities. Flexibility and a willingness to support colleagues when necessary are also important qualities for this role.
