As a (Junior) Sachbearbeiter Mahnwesen B2B (d/m/w) at AUTO1 Group, you will join the Captive Finance Team, focusing on the development of credit business and debt collection within the AUTO1.de Finance Department. AUTO1 Group is Europe's leading digital automotive platform, offering customers a convenient, secure, and transparent way to purchase high-quality used cars online.
In this role, you will manage the international Autohero Consumer Finance Portfolio, ensuring seamless service delivery. Your daily tasks will include providing both telephone and written support, communicating with customers, service providers, authorities, and agencies. You will negotiate terms such as deferrals and payment pauses with delinquent customers, act as a liaison between departments, and contribute to process improvements by bringing in your ideas. Additionally, you will serve as the point of contact for customers interested in financing options.
The ideal candidate has successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and possesses a strong numerical understanding. You should have at least two years of relevant professional experience in customer contact and negotiation, with additional experience in receivables management being advantageous. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a strong results orientation are essential. Proficiency in standard Office and Google products, experience with CRM tools, and fluency in Belgian, French, or Dutch are required; good English skills are a plus.
