As a (Junior) Sales Manager B2B / Telesales at AUTO1 Group, you will join a dynamic sales team dedicated to revolutionizing the automotive trade through digital innovation. In this position, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture new business relationships by acquiring sales partners over the phone. You will present tailored product solutions, ensuring each customer interaction is a unique and positive experience. Actively participating in the sales process, you will receive continuous support and coaching from your team lead. Additionally, you will have the autonomy to plan your workday independently and celebrate your individual sales achievements. Regular reporting to your team lead will help monitor and achieve key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate is eager to take on challenges in inside sales and possesses initial experience in telesales or door-to-door sales. Strong communication skills, including active listening to manage customer expectations, are essential. A high level of self-motivation and a solution-oriented mindset are crucial for success in this role. Enthusiasm for the unique combination of telephone sales and the automotive industry is highly valued. Proficiency in German, both spoken and written, is required.

Compensation includes a €750 start bonus for all new hires, an attractive fixed salary, and a bonus model with significant upside potential based on monthly performance and varying challenges. A guaranteed minimum commission is provided during the first three months, with opportunities to earn more as performance improves. Employees enjoy 28 vacation days, increasing to 30 after one year, and receive an above-average contribution to the company pension plan.
