Junior Talent Sourcing Specialist (maternity leave cover)
Eurofins is seeking a Junior Talent Sourcing Specialist for a 12-month maternity leave cover within its Group Talent Acquisition Team. This role focuses on recruiting mid- and senior-level positions across all Eurofins companies and business lines worldwide. The position is based in Katowice, Poland, with a hybrid work model that includes primarily remote work and occasional office visits.
The Junior Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for creating sourcing strategies using online tools and internal databases, conducting thorough market research to build accurate candidate talent pools, publishing job advertisements, and screening responses. Additional duties include identifying and interviewing both active and passive candidates, managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high data quality in the recruitment database, and participating in company-wide initiatives to strengthen the employment brand.
Ideal candidates are accurate, analytical, detail-oriented team players with a proactive approach and the ability to handle complexity and ambiguity. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with excellent oral and written English proficiency, are essential. While a bachelor's or master's degree with prior recruitment experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory for eager learners willing to acquire new knowledge and skills.
