As a Karosseriemechaniker/KFZ Lackierer (d/m/w) at Auto1 Group, you will play a pivotal role in our Retail Quality Team, ensuring the highest standards in vehicle refurbishment. In this position, you will be responsible for approving repair orders, accurately assessing damages on used vehicles, and handling administrative tasks such as processing customer complaints. Your duties will also include creating cost estimates with parts identification using our logistics program, ensuring data quality control, and providing technical support to our partner workshops and refurbishment centers. Additionally, you will contribute significantly to optimizing our vehicle refurbishment processes and developing new standards.
The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive technology, complemented by commercial training and initial practical experience in office or sales environments. Proficiency in cost calculation and damage assessment tools is essential. A structured, independent, and team-oriented work approach is required, along with excellent German language skills, basic English knowledge, and familiarity with common software applications like Microsoft Office. Flexibility and a quick grasp of new tasks, as well as a willingness to work at various locations, are also important.
