In this role, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and delivering training modules for both new trainees and experienced staff in various areas of automotive know-how. You will conduct practical and theoretical workshops, implement innovative teaching methods, and provide support for continuous learning and technical advancement. Your day-to-day work will involve closely collaborating with service technicians, workshop managers, and other departments to tailor training content to actual operational needs.

Successful candidates will bring a completed vocational training in automotive mechanics or mechatronics, ideally complemented by a master craftsman qualification or comparable instructor experience. You should have several years of hands-on experience in the automotive sector, strong pedagogical skills, and the ability to translate technical content into effective training formats. Familiarity with current diagnostic and repair technologies and strong communication skills are essential.
