As a KFZ-Trainer & Ausbilder with a focus on mechanics at Auto1, you will join the Production Centers Team, contributing to the refurbishment of premium vehicles within our Autohero Production Department. Autohero, an innovative online shop for certified used cars, is part of the AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading platform for automotive trade.
In this role, you will develop practical training materials for automotive mechanics, apprentices, and technicians. You will plan and conduct workshop training sessions using modern teaching methods and didactic tools. Additionally, you will design and guide practical exercises on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and safety-relevant vehicle systems. Your responsibilities will also include teaching advanced diagnostic procedures and training in identifying and resolving complex technical issues. You will assess trainees' performance through theoretical tests, practical exams, and individual feedback, as well as instruct them on applicable safety regulations for workshop operations and the proper use of tools and technical equipment.
The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry and body assembly in large operations. A master craftsman certificate in automotive mechanics, including a trainer qualification, is required. Proficiency in handling work tools, including diagnostic and measuring instruments, is essential. Precision and critical analysis of one's own work, the ability to work in a team, and excellent coaching and communication skills are also necessary.
