KFZ-Trainer - Schwerpunkt Bodyshop / Lackiererei (d/m/w)

As a KFZ-Trainer specializing in Bodyshop and Paintwork at Auto1, you will lead our professional paint team in Hemau near Regensburg, ensuring the seamless preparation of premium vehicles within our Autohero production department. Your primary responsibilities include developing training materials for body builders, apprentices, and professionals in body repair. You will conduct hands-on training sessions on repair procedures, painting, polishing, and the proper disassembly and assembly of vehicle components. Additionally, you will teach the correct use of alignment systems, part replacement, and accident damage repair techniques. Training in the use of water-based paints, paint booths, and modern color mixing techniques is also part of your role.

We require over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry and body assembly in large workshops. A master craftsman qualification in painting and varnishing with a focus on vehicle painting, including a training certificate, is essential. Proficiency in handling tools, including diagnostic and measuring instruments, precision, critical self-assessment, teamwork ability, and excellent coaching and communication skills are also necessary.
