As a KFZ-Trainer specializing in mechanics at Auto1, you will play a pivotal role in the Production Centers Team, focusing on the meticulous preparation of premium vehicles within our Autohero Production Department. Your primary responsibilities will include developing practical training materials for automotive mechanics, apprentices, and technicians. You will plan and conduct workshop training sessions utilizing modern teaching methods and didactic tools. Additionally, you will design and oversee practical exercises on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and safety-critical vehicle systems. A key aspect of your role involves imparting advanced diagnostic procedures and training in identifying and resolving complex technical issues. You will also assess trainees' performance through theoretical tests, practical examinations, and personalized feedback, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and proper use of tools and technical equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, particularly in large-scale body assembly operations. Proficiency in handling diagnostic and measuring instruments is essential, along with precision and a critical approach to one's work. Strong teamwork capabilities and excellent coaching and communication skills are also required.
