As a Kundenberater Fahrzeugbewertung & Ankauf (m/w/d) at AUTO1 Group, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in our branches, guiding them through the vehicle selling process. Your role involves conducting consultations, assessing vehicles using digital tools, and managing the entire purchase process from initial greeting to contract signing. Your key responsibilities include providing personal and competent advice to customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, from greeting to contract conclusion. You will conduct persuasive sales conversations, actively participate in price negotiations to achieve fair and mutually beneficial agreements, transparently explain the condition and evaluation of vehicles to build trust through your communication skills, and efficiently coordinate the purchase process to ensure smooth operations in collaboration with our support team.
We are looking for candidates with strong sales and communication skills, ideally gained through experience in direct customer contact, the service industry, or retail. Initial experience in sales processes, customer consultation, or price negotiations and sales closures is advantageous. A pronounced customer orientation, enthusiasm for personal interaction, and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential. While technical or automotive-specific knowledge is not mandatory, our tools and training will support you in vehicle evaluation. Fluency in German and a Class B driver's license are required. Career changers from sales and retail are welcome.
