As a Kundenberater Fahrzeugbewertung & Ankauf (m/w/d) at Auto1 Group, you will be the primary point of contact for customers looking to sell their vehicles. Operating within our extensive network of over 600 branches across 10 European countries, you will guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and trustworthy experience.
Your main responsibilities will include conducting in-person consultations, assessing vehicles using our digital tools, and managing the purchasing process from initial greeting to contract signing. You will lead persuasive sales discussions, actively participate in price negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, and transparently explain vehicle conditions and valuations to build customer trust. Additionally, you will coordinate the purchasing process efficiently, collaborating closely with our support team to ensure smooth operations.
We are seeking candidates with strong sales and communication skills, ideally gained through experience in direct customer interactions, the service industry, or retail. Prior experience in sales processes, customer consultation, price negotiations, and closing deals is advantageous. A high level of customer orientation, enthusiasm for personal engagement, and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential. While technical or automotive-specific knowledge is not mandatory, our tools and training will support you in vehicle assessments. Fluency in German and a valid Class B driver's license are required. Career changers from sales and retail are welcome.
