As a Kundenberater Fahrzeugbewertung & Ankauf (m/w/d) at AUTO1 Group, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in our branches, guiding them through the vehicle selling process. Your main responsibilities include conducting in-person consultations, assessing vehicles using digital tools, and managing the entire purchasing process from initial greeting to contract signing. You will lead persuasive sales discussions, actively participate in price negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, and transparently explain vehicle conditions to build customer trust. Efficient coordination of the purchasing process in collaboration with our support team is also essential.
We are looking for candidates with strong sales and communication skills, preferably with experience in direct customer interactions, the service industry, or retail. Prior experience in sales processes, customer consultation, or price negotiations is advantageous. A high level of customer orientation, enthusiasm for personal engagement, and a friendly, professional demeanor are crucial. Technical or automotive-specific knowledge is not mandatory, as our tools and training will support you in vehicle assessment. Fluent German language skills and a Class B driver's license are required. Career changers from sales and retail are welcome.
