As a Kundenberater Fahrzeugbewertung & Ankauf (m/w/d) at Auto1, you will join a dynamic sales and customer service team focused on the evaluation and acquisition of vehicles. Day-to-day work involves maintaining excellent customer relationships and collaborating closely with internal support teams to ensure efficient transaction handling and customer satisfaction.
Candidates should bring strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and hands-on experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry. A keen interest in cars, knowledge of vehicle evaluation criteria, and proficiency with digital tools are essential. Fluency in German is required, and a valid driver’s license is typically necessary due to the mobile aspect of the role.
