As a Kundenberater Fahrzeugbewertung & Ankauf (m/w/d) at Auto1, you will be the primary point of contact for customers looking to sell their vehicles. Auto1 is a leading digital automotive platform in Europe, operating over 600 branches across 10 countries. In this role, you will guide customers through the entire vehicle appraisal and purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and trustworthy experience.
Your main responsibilities will include conducting in-person consultations with customers, assessing vehicle conditions using digital tools, and facilitating the purchase process from initial greeting to contract signing. You will also engage in persuasive sales discussions, aiming to achieve fair and mutually beneficial agreements, while transparently explaining vehicle evaluations to build customer trust.
The ideal candidate possesses strong sales and communication skills, preferably with experience in direct customer interactions, the service industry, or retail. Prior experience in sales processes, customer advising, or price negotiations is advantageous. A customer-centric approach, enthusiasm for personal engagement, and a professional demeanor are essential. While technical or automotive-specific knowledge is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided, fluency in German and a valid Class B driver's license are required. Compensation includes a base salary of €1,880 gross per month, supplemented by performance-based commissions, with an average total monthly income of approximately €3,200.
