As a Kundenberater Fahrzeugbewertung at Auto1, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team within one of Europe’s leading digital automotive platforms. The role focuses on assisting customers with vehicle appraisals, guiding them through the valuation process, and acting as a key contact point for their inquiries. Your daily responsibilities will involve conducting vehicle assessments over the phone and online, providing expert advice to customers about the valuation of their cars, and carefully documenting all necessary information in the company’s digital systems. You will manage incoming customer requests, offer support throughout the sales or appraisal process, and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and preferably experience in customer service, sales, or the automotive sector. A keen interest in vehicles and valuation methods is beneficial, along with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. Fluency in German and confident use of digital tools are required, and prior know-how in car evaluation is a plus but not mandatory.
