As a Kundenservice / Call Center Agent (d/m/w) at Auto1, you will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle purchase journey, from order completion to delivery. This role is integral to the Autohero Retail Department, ensuring a seamless and exceptional online car buying experience. Autohero, an innovative online shop for certified used cars, is part of the AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading automotive trading platform.

Your main responsibilities include guiding customers from the moment they place an order until they receive their vehicle. This involves closely collaborating with colleagues across various departments to monitor order statuses and ensure smooth vehicle deliveries. You will also prioritize tasks within the team to maintain efficient operations and contribute to delivering vehicles promptly using our unique glass truck service directly to customers' doorsteps.

The ideal candidate has initial experience in dialogue marketing, call centers, or private customer service. A passion for customer interaction, coupled with a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach, is essential. Team spirit and a hands-on mentality are highly valued. Fluency in German, both spoken and written, is required; English proficiency is advantageous. Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) is also expected.
