In this role, the Senior Analyst will conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews based on customer risk profiles, analyzing transaction histories to identify potential risks. They will assess and approve the onboarding of high-risk customers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The position also involves mentoring KYC Operations Analysts, providing training and guidance to enhance team capabilities.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or financial services, preferably in Customer Due Diligence (CDD), EDD, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), or compliance roles. A strong understanding of global KYC/AML compliance regulations and standards is essential. The role requires excellent verbal and written English skills, with additional language proficiency considered a plus. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to make decisions and apply a risk-based approach, along with strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
The compensation for this role ranges from BRL 8,000 to BRL 10,000 per month.
